A plants' ability to enhance healing within our bodies has always fascinated me. It's really quite incredible.

It's why I chose this journey. The more I learned the more I realised the power of plants.

I'm super keen to ensure others understand just what phytotherapy can do for them. Using the herbs that nature provides to us to treat and manage a wide range of dis-ease, protect our bodies and promote a healthy long life. (click on our treatment tiles for more information).

As well as running my own practice, in North Wales and Liverpol, I work as part of the academic team at CNM ( College of Naturopathic Medicine). I provide thorough, practice-orientated training in natural therapies such as herbal medicine, nutrition, and naturopathy to students and help them to become highly competent, successful practitioners.
